One to One Yoga Sessions

Yoga was traditionally taught on a one to one basis, and it is a way of working that enables someone to experience the benefits of a yoga session in their own surroundings who is unable to attend a group class. The sessions, which usually last one hour, cater for the individual requirements of the student, and allows someone with a busy and hectic lifestyle, working commitments or with serious health issues to reap some of the benefits of a yoga session or personal practice.
