Since 2010 I have been attending Sarah's yoga classes and I have found Sarah's approach to yoga very informative and so very beneficial to my physical and mental well being.
I would highly recommend these classes to anyone, male or female, who want to live a more healthy lifestyle and a more positive and relaxed approach to life.
I have attended Sarah Hudson's yoga class for approx fourteen years and am sure at the age of 76 it has helped me stay supple and made me aware of of the importance of maintaining a good standing and sitting posture which in turn helps keep joints good and pain free.
I have been going to her classes for nearly 15 years. Sarah advises and makes sure you are working the postures correctly, particularly if you have an injury. Her manner is quiet and calming, just the thing for yoga.
Although I have always been an active person, I do not think I would have been as supple had I not taken up yoga. Apart from the postures, another aspect of yoga has been the breathing exercises and relaxation. I always leave Sarah's yoga class feeling better than when I went, and wish I had taken it up 25 years ago. The classes also encourage new friendships and enhance old ones.
I have attended Sarah's classes for about 17 years. They are most enjoyable and they keep me flexible. Sleeping on a Tuesday evening is no problem at all and if I ever have a problem I use the techniques learned.
